Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery We ship within France only, via Mondial Relay.

 

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and are displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Loss Atlantico shall not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
Should you receive a damaged order, please contact Mondial Relay directly to open a claim.
Retain all original packaging and damaged items until the claim has been registered.
