Terms of sale
Article 1 – Seller Information These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between ATLANTICO, a sole trader, and any customer making a purchase on the website. Contact: atlantico.apparel.br@gmail.com
Article 2 – Scope These Terms of Sale apply to all product sales made by ATLANTICO through its online store, to individual customers (B2C) residing in France.
Article 3 – Products Products available for sale are those listed on the website at the time of ordering. ATLANTICO reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
Article 4 – Prices & VAT Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). As a micro-enterprise benefiting from the VAT exemption scheme under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, ATLANTICO does not apply VAT on its sales. No VAT is collected or remitted.
Article 5 – Orders Customers place orders online through the website. Orders are confirmed by email. ATLANTICO reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a supply issue or suspected fraud.
Article 6 – Payment Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) at the time of order confirmation. Transactions are secured. ATLANTICO does not store any banking data.
Article 7 – Shipping Orders are delivered within mainland France only via Mondial Relay, within 3–5 business days after processing. Free shipping is available on orders over €100. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Article 8 – Returns & Refunds In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Returns are free of charge for the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Article 9 – Liability ATLANTICO shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of a purchased product. In the event of a product damaged during delivery, the customer is invited to contact Mondial Relay and to keep all packaging materials.
Article 10 – Personal Data Data collected during the order process is used solely for order fulfillment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 11 – Consumer Mediation In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute with ATLANTICO.

The consumer must first have sent a written complaint to ATLANTICO without receiving a satisfactory response.
Article 12 – Applicable Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
